..mushiest...whatever that means..

CUT AND PASTE TIME!

When you catch a girl glancing at you, she wants you to look back and smile. When a girl bumps into your arm while walking with you, she wants you to hold her hand. When she wants a hug, she will just stand there. When u break a girls heart, she still feels it when you run into each other three years later. When a girl is quiet, millions of things are running through her mind. When a girl looks at you with eyes full of questions, she is wondering how long you will be around. When a girl answers, "I'm fine," after a few seconds, she is not at all fine. When a girl stares at you, she is wondering why you're playing games. When a girl lays her head on your chest, she is wishing for you to be hers forever. When a girl says she can't live without you, she has made up her mind that you are her future. When a girl says, "I miss you," no one in this world can miss you more than that.

Guy Facts: When a guy calls you, he wants to be with you. When a guy is quiet, He's listening to you... When a guy says, "I'm fine." after a few minutes, he usually means it. When a guy stares at you, he wishes you would care about him, and wonders if you do. When your laying your head on a guy's chest, he has the world. When a guy calls/texts/comments you everyday, he is in love. When a (good) guy tells you he loves you, he means it. When a guy says he can't live without you, he's with you till your done. When a guy says, "I miss you," he misses you more than you could have ever missed him, or anything else.

Who says our public transport is reliable???

It has been a while i have not taken the public transport, was exclusively depending on it and i felt i had enuff of it...tho it is cheaper, abiding it, is a major issue for me as timing is the factor...

Last week, a very good friend of mine asked me for a favor. So, i agreed to leave my kids at her place ( at around 1300hrs ) , and take the public transport to her workplace in Bukit Bint@ng. Reason being, is that we can go to some places together from her workplace with her car.

At around 1315hrs, I parked my car near the Gi@nt bus stop ( nearer to my place ), i decided to take a bus that goes to the nearest LRT station. After 10 mins, i hopped onto a bus. Got to the station ( so far so good ), still deciding whether i should stop at Dang Wangi station and take the monorail to BB ( which i have to walk for a bit - considering i was still having the 'hangover' after the play, if not, i really dont mind walking ) or I go to KLCC and get a bus from there to BB ( less walk ). So while i was still deciding, i paid to stop at the Dang Wangi station. While in the train, i decided to stop at KLCC instead hehe..

At the KLCC bus stop, i looked at the 'signage' ( a white flimsy board, written with marker pen - at KLCC bus stop!!! a tourist spot! *roll-eyes*) and it says the R@pidKL bus number 103 goes to BB. ( eh berapa banyak stop daaa.... )

After about 5 minutes, 103 came. Felt so happy... buttt....thank goodness i asked... the driver said, "this bus is not going to BB, Ttwangsa only". I sulked ( wondering what would happen if i did not inquire ). After a while i asked the group of the R@pid employees who is sitting down doin' nothin', 'chatting rapidly'. One of them said, "wait for the next bus", without lookin' at me. I almost punched his face, but of course i wont do that in public lah kan. So after about anotha 15 minutes ( i was already feeling very restless, my 'hangovering' mode was at its peak, (this is what happened when i cant say no to a dear friend) and keep wishing i should've stopped at Dang Wangi's station or at least have a book to read ) came anotha 103..haaa..felt relief...i asked again, anddd..." ooo this bus is not going to BB" I was like, WHATTTTT DA FEFFFFK!!!!....

I went to the group again and asked them annoyingly, and one of them say, when you look at the digital sign at the front upper part of the bus, if the word Ttwangsa is above the Bukit Bint@ng then it is not going to BB, I was like, Oh wow! why didnt you tell me earlier and how am i suppose to know that! and why did they even bother to put da f#$^&kin Bukit Bint@ng on it! ( well of course i didnt say that out loud - just the face expression ) DAMN... ! @#$%^&

I was already very tempted to take the cab, but i remembered the last time i wanted to go to the Weld from KLCC, they wanted to charge me ridiculously, rm5, without using the meter ( jam , they say ). So, to avoid another confrontation....i decided not to... it is not about the money..

After another 15 minutes, came another 103 ( duh..i hate waiting ), and one of the guy in that group was giving me the sign that i can take that bus.. well...finally, i couldnt be bothered now which location is above which location ( they better be right, or people will see me shouting at the bus driver. who have seen me shout? *wink* ).

Including the normal jam infront of Concorde, i 'conclusively' arrived BB at 1430 hrs, ..still put on my cheerful face to her ( thatttt's me! ) altho... it took me like 1 hr 15 minutes to get there... i should've take the cab... it'll cost me double..but thats beside the point..

and you said our public transport is reliable....if i were an adventurous tourist, it'd be a great 'venture'.... I wonder what does the transport minister or whatever related ministry do when they go to England or Japan ( leisure eh.. ), they could've thoroughly study and adapt the public transport system efficiency, instead of just building roads, and collect toll money. Cant they see the cost effectiveness, when jam is lessened due to the effectiveness of public transportation...

oh well..it was one of those days....

Nurturing..

It has been almost a month that I have not been together with the kids, lepak-lepak and makan-makan, a routine for them to have a lil bit of fun together with me. Well, at least, during my ‘show’ days, my significant other brought them to PD ( actually, unintentionally, as he suddenly had a function to attend, he actually managed to get his friend’s maid to take care of them..hmmm..oh well )..Anyway, I don’t normally blog about my weekends activity, just felt like it now hehe. So last Sunday, I decided to bring them to have a good lunch at Burgr King.

So happened, that I brought the camera. Ayska was very eager to take pictures, so here are the results, not bad,,, although there is a 'silhoutte' of a tiny hand there ..and err..oops…tersexy hehe

Certainly the black pepper burger didn’t even look as delicious as it is on the menu at the counter, still tasty though, Ayska and Amar enjoyed the cheese burger, Lysha prefer the cheese sticks and the nuggets.

After lunch, we went to Gi@nt to buy some groceries. Thot of bringing them to a nice open playground after that, but it rained. So think, think, think…for an inexpensive place for them to enjoy, Ahah..bookstore!

Off we went to Amp@ng point, P@y Less Bookstore. We love this place. So while they were browsing, I riffled thru my choice, very tempted to buy all three hardcover books for only rm18, but I have spent too much on the groc., maybe next time...

I put back the books, and I found this one…

Hmmm…intriguing… ;-)

After chapter three..i got bored..too much informations, too many points that I hafta relate to my issues. One thing for sure I remembered this line, came from a wife whom the author interviewed..she said “ In marriage, both must maintain and have sense of humor, because life is serious..”…Agreed?

i dont need a good marriage! I need a good husband! *wink*..ok ok..yre..good...only two more things lacking hehe... i never satisfied eh..

After almost two hours engaging with the books, Ayska wanted to go to the other favourite bookstore, 1 floor up. Here… As it is nearing to end of the month I don’t plan to buy any books..so the hanging 'poster' didn’t mean anything to me…

While they were ‘roaming’ and Lysha wasnt actually reading, as she loves the books that have sounds… , I came across this Kingfisher’s collection, very interesting. I wish I could buy those, but of course, it’s an ‘ill-afford’ treasure, the price is more than 50 bugs. So I chose to sit down on the floor and read. The Castle and Forts are the most gratifying in its detail. Its about the history of Maiden Castle to Sant’ Angelo, from Chateau Gallard to Himeji and castles/forts made out of love not war. Kids now are so lucky, they have this kind of books in the children books department...

By the time we were out from there its already dark. We truly enjoyed the day.

: "Mummy when are we gonna buy those books"
: "Ask Abah..."

Adoiiiiiiiii mr john again you made me LOL!!! i wish i have that 'talent'..hehehee

Backstage and 'sober' nites

Backstage - on the show day, the backstage management was in total control, compared to the day before, when we had the full dress rehearsal, the organizer didn't put on the lights there, so twas dark unless the front stage lights are bright enough to lit the backstage, chaotic. Call time was at 1800hrs sharp, everybody starts to get ready, although the show time is at 2100hrs. At these hour, some begins to panic, some begins to cry, some just had to go to the loo several times hehe...nevertheless the show went really well. Told them to have fun when they perform, and they did!

After the show ends, i hafta run to the ktv to get there in time according to the time i booked ( dont ask why - last minute thingy ), so i missed the moment when they hug and cry right after the performance, at the backstage. I waited for the dancers and actors to come ( i was singing alone in that large room for 40 minutes hehehe), then as they came, hug hug, then i rushed back to berjaya, to pickup the props. As all the performers were already in the room, we, crews came a bit later after clearing things up. That nite, the director gave a sort-of award to the performers for best female/male supporting/main actor/dancers. And some tokens of appreciation for the production crews. As time goes by to the wee hours..one by one of them hafta go off, gonna miss them so dearly, all hugs and kisses. Towards the end, only the crews left..melalak sampai tak ingat hehheeheh till the place closed at 0300hrs.

..twas a nite to remember mister...( tried to recall the long word that i wrote ;-))

Ironing the man

Maybe I have too high expectation on this movie, Ironman ( without considering the director and producers), after watching The Transformers. I had low expectation on that best-movie-evah, thought it was just normal kinda animations – but it turns out me went crazy over it. So, as for the Iron man – eh who the heck directed this movie…

Jap..check…

**

Ooo its Jon Favreau who also has his list of films/series here..

Hmmm..no wonder…

The first hour of the movie is so dreary. I am so not into this Arab-terrorists-versus-America thingy, very ‘propagated’. But there’s a few scenes that u may laugh your head-off and some ‘jerky’ and ‘slimy’ scenes. Storyline was a bit lose, lack of emotions, suspense and drama, in other words it is being convoluted in a predictable way. Well, of course we ‘anticipate’ the hero will win, how he wins does matter. Robert Downey Jr, however. acted really well, so is the otai Jeff Bridges. The cool Terence Howard didn’t get his grip in this movie, Gwyneth Paltrow is like a Barbie doll – this is a very unchallenging role for her. I like the soundtrack though. Yeah okay – what dya expect from a marvel-comic superheroes movie, like the Spiderman, Fantastic Four and Hulk. So far, for me, Batman, Superman and Xmen are the good ones.

Why I watch ironman? Because the promotions on tv has been ‘hocusingpocusing’ my kids and my better half…hehehe ..so I had to follow ;-). Entertaining movie..if you feel like it...

Nevertheless, my kids enjoyed it - only when the part where Tony Sparks turns into Iron man and the jet planes. They also enjoyed when we taught them to play pool ( the pool tables placed at the foyer near the theater @ MBO ampang – the rm3 per game [but the tables and balls are not that goodlah ;-) ] ). We normally watch movie there, near to our place, very convenient, not so crowded, have good food and most important – free and easy parking…

Batman! Batman! Batman!

VS treat

Wuz an unplanned dinner treat @ VS Ampang, it has been quite a while since we last came here. Had a pleasant time with family and best friend of mine ( thanks for the time beb ). Forgot twas a Saturday nite, so the place was quite full. However, the ambience and the set up has made the place to maintain calm. Only took piccas of some of the exquisite food that we had, the rest..forgot...too famish ;-), thank goodness the kids behaved.

After dinner, the significant other went to work. Sent the kids home, went lepak for tehtarik with her for a while near the Maxs ( mamaks - as Dank call it hehe *wink* ) near my place. Came home very sleepy. Woke up at 6 am...thinking so hard about the play..then bloggin'

Alhamdullilah....
