..blessing from the sarong

Sometimes we have to blame it on somethin' when somethin' untoward happened to us - just to feel good about it or to avoid the feeling of regret. Sometimes regretfulness can kill us.

6 years ago i blame it on the house we lived in. We rented that townhouse for almost two years and during that time - 4 times - 1. we were burglarized 2. our car was stolen infront of the house 3. when we had a car after that, a cheap wira diesel with a very rosak window - yah u guess right, things in the car got missing. and 4. the steel cover of the drain alsoooooo they curi...and also plus a lot of other unfortunate time of our life...blame it on the rain yeah yeah

We were living in the upper part of townhouse so we have to share the gate with the stupid neighbour downstairs - oklah not stupidlah - unemployed weirdos. So we normally close the gate and he normally ignore our gate, but cannot say much lahkan since the wife is our landlord's sister - heh heh cool kan ;-I. The Townhouse is a cornerhouse right beside a main road. After we left the house thennnn only people there told us that the house has been changing tenant quite frequently... and they thought the house is haunted - agreed - 'haunted' by the neighbour downstairs.

So beside a damn towtruck stole our car very early in the morning ( my neighbour saw it but just kept quiet - and didnt ask and thought that our car was towed to repair - obviously we were in the houselah ok ) or maybe...... well..ok continue..I experience face-to-face-innocent-lookin- burglar. I was sleeping in the room with my ayska - she was only less than a year old. Other half was sleeping in the living room as he had a severe toothache and swallowed a few pills - and dozed off - pengsan.

so i am the type even when im sleeping m very alert...unless m mega tired. So at about 4am i felt someone in the room wearing red tshirts walking around the room - i look twice thinking that how come my other half became taller and fairer.. and immediately after i came to my total alertness, i jumped off the bed and tried to pull my handbag that he already slinged at his body and i was shouting at the most weirdest voice i myself have not heard before ..and at that time i was wearing a tshirt and a sarong batik - and guess what happenlah when we were 'pulling' each other - my sarong fell down and that guy (m not sure why hehe) threw my handbag back to me and ran towards the bathroom and jumped out thru the small bathroom window - he crashed onto a sharp pointed steel-small-flowerpot-house - i dono what it is called. and only after he dashed off from the window , my other half woke up and of course we didnt manage to catch him, although limping and most probobly bleeding he ran off quite fast leaving a major damage to that steel thing.. I think he was surprised that i woke up. earlier that night we were extra sleepy - so we suspected some hocus pocus practice took place before he came in thru the door.. He managed to unlock the door thru the sliding window just beside the door he managed to open.

So we are all safe - only my rings and my handphone was taken. I tell you, that time i was extra brave or maybe silly and didnt even thought of my life - the police said thank goodness he didnt take out any weapon - well of course i didnt tell the police about the sarong lah kan hehehe... and now m tellin the whole world about it

andddd...as expected we waited for the detective to come till late afternoon - then we went out and 1 hour after that a detective dono-who call said they couldnt find our house....blughhhh...fine...dont come at all....

THE END

I need more hours in a day

Hehehe..someone has "bising" why m i not updating my blog. Well. these past few days was busy and tired.
Closed a few small small business deals...Alhamdullilah..rezeki. Then my sleeping time go haywire again. Trust me, every single day i was telling myself to blog - but dono why i've been sleeping - tersleep actually - infront of the tv very early and then woke up like 4am finish off my housework - and then wait till 5.45am - woke ayska up - sent her to school and then i cant sleep - then most of this past few days i have to go out for business or some things to do outside. Only on Mother's day, I got a real real real rest - almost half a day i was 'let' to sleep, nil disturbance, by my other half - Whooooohoooo - feels like heaven - thanks dear. After that my sleeping time almost back to normal - although im still trying my best to finish up the dvds that i bought and borrow. the most interesting movie is the Departed and the Holiday...but i dont personally recommend Jangan Pandang belakang - doesnt scare me at all - i dono - maybe some of u are scared but i prefer the Pontianak movie - the message and the script and the cinematography is wayyyyy so much better than the 6 mill collections of "Dont look back". Now m really looking forward for the Waris Jari Hantu, Shrek3 and Pirates of the Caribbean3 ...but tunggu dvd keluar la... Most probably Shrek 3 will go with da kids to the theater... and oh..i heard SUMOLAH is good....

Other things that m 'busy' with now is organizing my schoolmate (1989 batch) gathering - we had a few small gathering before and this time is gonna be a big turnout - and m actually very 'scared' already as i have nil experience in event organizing - I've been calling and emailing so many of them and now m link to almost 99 of us out of 215 , thats great! Thanks to the 'committee' whom are ever willing to work together with me in organizing our get together and making sure its gonna be fun on May 27th...with quizzes and games that we have plan m very very sure its gonna blow everyone down! Will story that when its done...

This week is ayska's week of exam - so its gonna be another 'making-sure-she-study" busy week for me - and i didnt know the schools now have standardize even the term examinations - they are like having somesort of SPM or somethin' - Since i am actually revising with her and i can see that the subjects now is not gonna be easy as twas before - espescially the pendidikan islam - Hey! now i can even speak arabic - heheh cool ... thank goodness lah my jawi is not so rusty... if not it will be kinda difficult for her it she just depends on the teacher. I was still asking around wheather it is really necessary to sent kids to sekolah agama - some of them do some of them say it is not necessary. Kids go to school come back at 1 pm then 2 pm ready to go to that school - finish at 5.30pm and then have to do homework and then later if have to sent your kids tuition at nite... WOW! pity...- errr...- me!.... biarlah dulu kot.... c lah how...

Y'know i read this one article in the newspaper ...YOUNG AND SUICIDAL - excerpts...

Nowadays many parents placed pressure on their children to excel in studies because of kiasuism ( afraid to lose out)
Some parents also overschedule their children to the point that they did not have time to rest which is detrimental to the children mental health
Citing he case of a teenager patient who was a straight A's student and used to be well behaved. But recently , he has been having violent tendencies and in our sessions, he told me that his idol is Adolf Hitler. The 14 year old boy told him "useless people deserved to die" when asked why he admired the Nazis and idolised Hitler...

and kids nowadays got 18As 15 As.... errr.... how many diploma or degree is this people taking??..at one time...

..i rest my case...

uh oh...i promise mat redo1 to story on my facing-the-burglar experience...sat aaa....lagi satu entry aaa...

Hot..baby...

"Its been a HOT days night
and i've been workin' like a dog

It’s been a HOT days night,
I should be sleeping like a log,
But when I get home to you,
I find the things that you do,

Will make me feel alright".

...yeah..but yesterday it finally rains..and yes ..when it rains in KL... everybody seems to b late for work and everybody seems to drive rather slow and everybody in KL 'loves' the 'banjir kilat' - what else - oh forgot - traffic jam!...nothing new lah kan

The hot days - if you're in a house without aircond = like mine - the rooms are close to an oven temperature and if you're out in the sun working ( like me ) u are close to being barbqued. ..and then .. i grab the free 'the sun' newspaper and front news were "arctic Ice could be gone by 2020 - 3 years ahead of predictions -global warming" ...hmmm...just nice... to make everybody worried. Heres the report from The Star.

..and today - now 0703 hrs - after sending ayska to school - very cooling and windy - not complaining - but the weather nowadays are 'moody' like human beings - very unpredictable - well at least for me and most of us who are not an expert in weather forecasting - last time we can actually tell the months that it is suppose to rain or not ....

Last sunday we attended a cukur jambul ceremony of a friend's baby Alfie Emran ( Lynne's ) in PJ - ( she came back here from Brighton UK just for the ceremony ) - pity la the baby - cant stand the climate here - had to go to the hospital due to skin rashes, crying most of the time....

After that , we wanted to go somewhere but dono where to go... a place where it is cooling, not crowded, nil spending - think think think - We went back home, grab some towels and change clothes ... 0ff we go to Kemensah ( behind the zoo ) and "bedebush" at the waterfall ( just 10 mins - from our place ) - not a great one - only knee length - but canlaaaaa - berendam in a cool water - excellent scenery - not many people.
So while berendam - nothing else to do we tried to 'korek' the stones ( usually we use the stones to make a small dam ) - to deepen the stream ( doesnt work actually - hehe ) - while doin that we actually 'introduce' the ever-colourful-shapes of stones that impressed the kids. by almost 6pm - we felt fresh - had early dinner - then balik.

3 hrs of excellent natural-cooling activity - away from the high temperature for a while...

i am either a Sheep or a Beaver
but i am also a dog

so - i read all 3 personality , I chose to be a beaver as i am dont have an overbundance of energy like a dog and i dont think i am religious and hate to make decision when confronting obstacle like the sheep...;-P

Beaver
Genera and species: Castor canadensis

Collective Term: A business of beavers

I must say that i am quite organized and structured and plan of the future almost unconciously. And during my spare time and bored time i will make myself busy with the housechores. In a relationship i will and can survive in the most difficult challenges when i am truly commited with my partner.. I prefer to plan ahead of any unexpected consequences.and friends can or will want to depend on me ( provided my life is generally in order ). Also i am in a fairly good physical conditions. I usually have high expectation to what i want and will make my love ones stressful.- Therefore i prefer to contol any situation within my scope. and family life is highly important for me.I can be a patient listener although i rarely follow advice.

There u go

M a beaver

I dont know whom shall i tag this too but it is sure fun if u click the link above -

basically

I tag everybody who read this
